Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems and vases are securely protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
